JAVHD.DIRECTORY is not a primary producer, creator, or recording manager of the video visual depictions presented on this site. As an online indexer of independently produced media, JAVHD.DIRECTORY qualifies for exemptions available to non-producer distribution aggregators under applicable statutes.

Producer Identification & Records Custodians

All records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75—including verified government-issued identification cards, age verification certifications, and production date records—are retained and maintained by the respective primary producers and designated custodians in Japan and other producing jurisdictions. Inquiries concerning specific productions should identify the production studio code and be addressed directly to the producing studio or its authorized legal representatives.

Absolute Prohibition of Prohibited Material

Every performer featured in video media indexed on JAVHD.DIRECTORY was at least 18 years of age at the time of photography and recording. Any content depicting minors or individuals under legal majority is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate purge.
